Silent Auction Rules
Bidding Process
At 6PM, those who want to bid will be given a card with a bid number on it. Each item will have a bid sheet with a starting bid amount. To place a bid, write your bid number, and bid amount clearly. Bids must be higher than the previous bid.
Closing Time
The auction will start at 6PM and close at 7:45PM. No bids will be accepted after the closing time.
Winning Bids
The highest bid at the time of closing is the winner. If you are the winner, bring your card + the bid sheet to a member of the bishopric for payment processing.
Payment
Payment must be made via hard copy tithing envelopes in cash or check. Checks should be made out to: "Blackstone Ward" or "Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints".
The Slip should include your name and the "Other" category filled out as: "Youth Camp".
Item Pickup
Items must be picked up on the night of the event unless otherwise arranged. Remote bidders must arrange for pick up and payment via email to: bstoneyouth@gmail.com.
Bidder Registration
All bidders, both remote and onsite bidders, must fill out this form below to receive your automatically assigned Bid #. Onsite bidders, the YM/YW can help you get a bid # onsite as well.

The auction will be held in the Franklin Stake Center at the following address, between 6PM to 8PM on May 23, 2026.
